The Bridging Leadership Fellows Program is a one-and-a-half year training and mentoring program that offers leaders the opportunity to increase their capacity to achieve their leadership goals within the context of the societal issues they seek to resolve. The program would improve their ability to understand complex issues, determine strategies, and develop sustainable solutions to these societal issues. The training courses in the program are designed to merge cutting-edge leadership theories and real-world cases with best Bridging Leadership practices and skills. Asian Institute of Management Faculty and revered development practitioners provide mentoring that aligns theory to application and deepens the understanding of the issues, and opportunities for networking and partnerships.
