Congratulations to BL Fellow, Mr. Vlad Hernandez of the Community and Family Services International (CFSI). Their three proposals reached the final round of the Panibagong Paraan Grant Competition (which is indeed a rare feat), and out of the three proposals, one won project funding and another won special citations and awards.
