Malcolm Garma Conducts BL Orientation for School Participants

Congratulations to Mr. Malcolm Garma, Asst. Suptd. of DepEd – Cabanatuan City and Bridging Leadership Fellow, for successfully conducting a BL Orientation for School Principals in Cabanatuan last January 25, 2008. Malcolm envisions these School Principals to be part of his core group which will help him in addressing the education issues in Cabanatuan.
