CFSI Proposals Reach Panibagong Paraan Finals

Congratulations to BL Fellow, Mr. Vlad Hernandez of the Community and Family Services International (CFSI). Their three proposals reached the final round of the Panibagong Paraan Grant Competition (which is indeed a rare feat), and out of the three proposals, one won project funding and another won special citations and awards. 3 CFSI Proposals are Semi-Finalists at Panibagong Paraan

Let us all congratulate Mr. Vlad Hernandez. Three of their proposals to World Bank’s Panibagong Paraan have been selected as Semi-Finalists.
